The Community ISD Program, powered by The Dapper Promise Foundation, provides mentorship, workforce readiness training, leadership development, and confidence-building experiences for underserved secondary students in the Dallas–DFW area.
Through hands-on workshops, professional exposure, financial literacy education, and personal development programming, students gain the tools, mindset, and guidance needed to prepare for graduation, career pathways, and long-term success.
