Our expert stylist will guide you through an in-depth discussion on pricing, fabric selections, and suit styles tailored to your requests. To initiate the bespoke process, full payment is required before we proceed with crafting your distinctive suit. Please note that our commitment to delivering a personalized experience extends to our policies. Once payment is made, no refunds will be permitted for service fees or suit pricing. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At The Dapper Men Co., we highly value the commitment of our clients and understand that unexpected circumstances may necessitate changes to scheduled consultations. To facilitate the effective operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have instituted a comprehensive Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, detailed below: Notification Period: Clients are required to submit any cancellation or rescheduling requests a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. This advance notice allows us to manage our resources efficiently and offer the opportunity for other clients to utilize the reserved time slot. Fees: Clients who fail to provide the mandated 48-hour notice will incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee. The fee structure is flexible and may vary based on the type of consultation booked. The fees are designed to cover the costs associated with rearranging schedules and managing logistical aspects. Specific pricing details and fees for each consultation type are outlined in the comprehensive fee schedule provided below. Fee Schedule: *Type A Consultation: Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: $100 per person *Type B Consultation: Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: $150 per person *Type C Consultation: Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: $200 per person Payment Process: Clients will have the cancellation or rescheduling fee automatically charged to the payment method provided during the initial booking. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied irrespective of the reason behind the cancellation or rescheduling. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of The Dapper Men Co. Such exceptions will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, and any decision reached will be final.
