These terms outline a legally binding agreement between our company and yourself. We will periodically review our terms and reserve the right to update and revise them at our discretion. The use or placement of an order through our website or our mobile app means you agree to be legally bound by these terms and our privacy policy. ORDER PROCESSING/PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Processing of orders takes anywhere between 7-14 business days once the order is submitted. Some products are made-to-order and require approximately 46 days for delivery. Please reference the notes in the product description to identify if the product you are ordering is a made-to-order product.

Please note that not all of the products sold on our website are of THE DAPPER MEN COMPANY brand. We carry various brand names online. Each Product is selected by our purchasing department and true to the product description provided online.

Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the product is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number by day 21 of placing your order or by the 30th day of placing an order for a made-to-order product please contact our customer service line at MRSUIT@THEDAPPERMENCOMPANY.COM.

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
Shipping times vary and are dependent on the customer's shipping preference. Please note that shipping time is after processing time and must be factored into the ordering of the product. We are unable to support expedited shipping at this time.

Shipments are made to the address entered by the customer. Please take time to verify your address is entered accurately before paying and placing your order.

All products are shipped from the United States of America. Products will be shipped using any of the major delivery couriers servicing the country to which the product is to be delivered. All shipping fees, including return shipping, are at the expense of the customer.

Shipping fees related to products returned to our company due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer must be paid by the customer in full before the products are re-shipped. Re-shipping fees related to the product (s) returned due to typographical or human error from THE DAPPER MEN COMPANY, LLC will be covered by the company.

THE DAPPER MEN COMPANY, LLC. is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the product (s) due to customs delays, or responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to the customer at the destination country. THE DAPPER MEN COMPANY, LLC is also not responsible for any delays in receipt of the product (s) once it is handed over to the delivering courier as evidenced by the provision of a tracking number to the customer. This also holds true for situations where the product(s) are marked as “delivered” by the courier regardless of whether the customer has physically received the product. All disputes in the delivery of a product once it is given to the courier shall be addressed directly by the customer with the courier company.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATION
All sales are final after the 24 to 48-hour processing period, except for sale product (s) which are all final sales immediately after purchasing. No refunds will be permitted after the processing period for each order.

All purchases from The Dapper Men Company are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the custom-made and uniquely tailored nature of each suit, crafted based on individual body measurements, returns are not possible once the order processing has commenced. Cancellation requests within the 48-hour window prior to processing will be considered, with a partial refund issued.

To initiate an exchange, kindly submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer service via email at mrsuit@thedappermencompany. Please ensure that all product(s) intended for exchange are returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached. It is crucial to note that if the received product(s) are unclean, damaged, or altered in a manner rendering them unsuitable for resale, the exchange policy will not be honored. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Due to the personalized nature of our measured-to-fit suits, we regret to inform you that once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds. Fabrics and suit specifications are procured based on individual requests, making each order unique. Any cancellation request received after the 24-hour period will not be refunded. Customers may consider exchanging their purchase for another product of equal or greater value, or a combination of products of equal or greater value. Any difference in the total cost will be at the customer's expense and must be paid in full before order processing. We encourage utmost certainty in suit orders before placement, as all funds will be held by our company, and the item will be sent to the customer.
